Faithfulness
What does it truly mean to be faithful? Not just to believe the right things, but to live as though God is actually telling the truth -- every single day. That is the heart of what we explore as we dig into faithfulness as a fruit of the Spirit. Drawing from Hebrews 10 and 11, we are reminded that faithfulness is not a passive quality. It is an active, courageous, persevering way of life. The writer of Hebrews calls us to draw near to God with full assurance, to hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, and to spur one another on toward love and good deeds. These are not suggestions for the especially devout -- they are the natural outflow of a life that is genuinely full of faith. When we understand that God keeps every promise He has ever made, it changes the way we walk through ordinary days. Faithfulness becomes less about gritting our teeth and more about trusting the One who has already proven Himself reliable. This message invites us to ask honestly: are we living in a way that reflects what we say we believe?
